This certainly seems better than the insane calls I get all day. Problem is, people need to learn [read: be taught] how to use it in a uniform way for it to be useful to an entire team. My issue is that I forget to change my status. I return from lunch to see that someone was trying in vein to contact me. Oops.
Now, if only I could get an office that was not on a major traffic path in the office.
